Mr. Sekhar Puli is an investor, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and an innovative, results-driven leader with more than 25+ years of experience coordinating global teams across multiple cultures to implement strategic solutions and deliver business success. He has built effective consulting practices and managed and delivered enterprise-class solutions spanning the financial, information technology, healthcare, non-profit, and telecom domains.
With a proven track record of selling, delivering, and managing professional services, Puli has consistently delivered revenue targets in excess of $100 million annually. In 2017, Puli was recognized among the 30 Most Innovative Business Leaders by Insights Success magazine.
Sekhar has built the organization from the ground up, raising capital through Private Equity and strategic debt, led it through multiple acquisitions, and eventually sold it to Hitachi Corporation.
He currently advises entrepreneurs and holds board positions in a wide range of companies.
Born and raised in India, Puli studied mechanical engineering and came to the United States in 1996 to pursue the American dream. He earned a Master's in Computer Science at George Mason University and an MBA in International Business from Georgetown University. While a student, Puli worked multiple jobs to support himself and his family back in India. He eventually sponsored H1 visas for most of his extended family, enabling them to join him in pursuing a better life in the USA.
Committed to sharing his success with others and giving back to those in need, in 2003, Puli founded the non-profit organization Asha-Jyothi, dedicated to serving the needs of the underprivileged by providing access to education and healthcare in India, the U.S., and around the world.
Sekhar is an avid runner and veteran of multiple marathons. Proud parents of two beautiful teenage girls, Roshni and Shivani, he takes great pleasure in shuttling them to soccer games on the weekends and spending time with family.
Jigish is an acknowledged leader and entrepreneur in the enterprise software space. He was the Co-Founder and CEO of Krypt where he leveraged his solution-driven approach and his innate leadership skills to make Krypt an eminent player in the SAP Supply Chain ecosystem. In his role as President of ArchLynk, Jigish helps drive strategic initiatives to help our customers get maximum value from their supply chain solutions and establish ArchLynk as the premier partner for enterprise companies when they are dealing with Supply Chain challenges.
He possesses extensive experience in founding, running, and investing in successful business ventures in the enterprise software space. He has also worked for many years at fortune 500 companies like Applied Materials and Tata Motors as part of his SAP journey working his way from ABAP programming to Program Management and a variety of other roles. Jigish holds an M.S. from Coventry University, a B.E. from Bombay University, and is currently based out of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Raised and educated in Germany with an MS in Industrial Engineering & Supply Chain Management, Joerg came to the US in 1993. With well over 30 years of dedicated SAP experience, Joerg is a proven Digital Supply Chain Transformation Leader. Over the course of his career, he has held various services delivery lead roles, including extensive program management and large-scale global SAP SCM transformation strategy development. Joerg founded Novigo in 2008 and developed the firm as the global leader for SAP Supply Chain Execution & Transportation Management. He led Novigo as CEO until the merger with Krypt into ArchLynk at the end of 2022.
At ArchLynk, Joerg shapes the strategy, positioning, and go-to-market of ArchLynk worldwide, ensuring set-up for long-term success. Joerg has held prior international SAP Practice leadership positions at leading professional services organizations such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, CIBER, and Cognizant. Besides spending time with his family, skiing, and international traveling, Joerg enjoys Aviation as a Private Pilot.
Mr. Rajen Iyer is an entrepreneur and investor in innovative solutions and products with the passion for developing solutions that solve real-life supply chain and global trade challenges. A thought leader with several in-depth articles, patents, and best-seller books and white papers on Supply Chain Solutions and Global Trade to his name, Rajen has attended many industry conferences as a speaker and panelist. As an avid learner, curious in knowing and discovering new ways for applying emerging technologies in the enterprise world, Rajen is enthusiastic about the immense opportunities within the supply chain space, addressing common and complex challenges that have a real-world business impact to pave the way to success.
At ArchLynk, in his role as a Global CTO, Rajen Iyer is responsible for Solutions, Technology, and Innovation. He considers himself a global citizen and world traveler, and believes the key to building a great organization should essentially focus on nurturing talents and relationships.
Art is accountable for ArchLynk's financial strategy and management.
Before joining ArchLynk, Art was CFO at Navisite and Tricore Solutions and had a proven track record of collaborating with founders, CEOs, and senior management in building and operating successful IT service companies through organic growth and acquisitions. He has extensive experience building teams, developing processes, and implementing technologies for finance that accelerate partnering across business functions to drive growth and increase enterprise value.
Art was born and raised in Boston, where he resides with his wife and four daughters.
With over 20 years of International experience in Human Resources, Donna Zazula is responsible for managing the Human Resources team at ArchLynk. Donna is dedicated to creating a robust corporate culture; and is focused on business and employee growth, employee engagement, and well-being.
Upon earning her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Toronto, Donna embarked on a 20-year career within Human Resources, working progressively up to HR Leadership positions. In the past, Donna has managed international teams, built total rewards programs, established strong Diverse Employee Groups, and maintained healthy, highly engaged, and inclusive work environments.

When not working, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new locations, and reading historical novels.
Rebecca has spent many years helping organizations to keep their employees connected, successful and thriving. She spent nearly ten years in Germany working very closely with large international companies to develop employee and apprenticeship programs across the globe. She believes in a “people first” approach and knows that the success of any organization depends on its team members.
At ArchLynk, Rebecca enjoys helping colleagues to find solutions, problem-solve and reach their full potential. Rebecca helps manage the Human Resources, Operations, and Mobility teams at ArchLynk. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys hiking, camping, tennis, and long-distance train journeys.
