Dave Medd is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience in consulting, technology, and supply chain industries. He is passionate about aligning strategy with value creation and empowering teams to deliver transformative results for clients.

Before joining ArchLynk, Dave served as Chief Operating Officer at NewRocket, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives that drove sustained financial and operational growth. His career also includes leadership roles at John Deere, Microsoft, and most recently Accenture’s Avanade, where he led multiple acquisitions and achieved significant growth across ERP, CRM, and Digital Marketing businesses.

Dave earned his Accounting degree from the University of Illinois, obtaining both CPA and CMA certifications, and completed his MBA and Master’s work in Manufacturing Management at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Art is accountable for ArchLynk's financial strategy and management.

Before joining ArchLynk, Art was CFO at Navisite and Tricore Solutions and had a proven track record of collaborating with founders, CEOs, and senior management in building and operating successful IT service companies through organic growth and acquisitions. He has extensive experience building teams, developing processes, and implementing technologies for finance that accelerate partnering across business functions to drive growth and increase enterprise value.

Art was born and raised in Boston, where he resides with his wife and four daughters.

Rick has joined Archlynk following many years with SAP, with the last as a leader in SAP’s Digital Supply Chain practice, responsible for about half of the North American business. A consultative approach, persuasive communications skills, and an innate creativity have enabled Rick to sustain success both as a sales executive and as a leader; helping clients to see business challenges and opportunities through a different lens. His biggest contributions have been to organizations that want more – whether they are start-up or established organization -- and are looking for the means to go to the next level; by redefining the value proposition, optimizing business processes, or just looking for a better return on their investments, both financially and organizationally.

With a technical background and over 25 years in consulting, pre-sales, sales, and leadership for many different industries; Rick looks at business problems with an open mind and a cross-disciplined approach. At Archlynk Rick is responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy, tying together the tremendous success that Krypt, Novigo, and WCS enjoyed as individual firms, now combined in Archlynk, and building out the eco-system of partners and adjacent technologies to cement our position as the strategic partner for our clients business. With a strategic focus on the core of supply chain planning, scheduling, logistics, and international trade compliance, Archlynk’s depth comes to bear to solve the high-value challenges, that are ever-evolving, to deliver dramatic impact and critical outcomes for our clients.

Jiten holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and brings over 15 years of operational leadership and experience in the professional services industry. His finance background, combined with global leadership experience, helps him quickly assess changing business environments and solve complex problems to achieve business objectives and accelerate growth.

At ArchLynk, as Chief Operating Officer, he leads the team responsible for the company's global operating functions, including Legal, Compliance, Information Technology, Immigration, Human Resources, and Recruiting. Jiten takes pride in his leadership approach: "Be human, keep it simple, and figure it out."

Kevin McCollom brings over 35 years of Enterprise Software experience in supply chain, international logistics and trade, finance, and corporate compliance across multiple industries to his role as Vice President of the Global Trade Business Unit at ArchLynk. Kevin spent his last 28 years in leadership roles at SAP in these areas, most notably as Global VP of the Finance, Risk, and Global Trade Center of Excellence.

Kevin's diverse experience across multiple industries, deep understanding of SAP, and track record of leading successful, high-performance teams make him well-suited to lead ArchLynk's Global Trade Business Unit. In this role, he will leverage his expertise in international logistics, supply chain management, and enterprise software to drive innovation and growth in global trade solutions and services.

Kevin lives near Ann Arbor, Michigan, with his wife and family.

Mahir is a dynamic and results-driven executive with extensive expertise in supply chain management and digital transformation. With a proven track record in driving operational efficiency and innovation, Mahir excels at aligning strategic roadmaps with future industry trends, leveraging his deep knowledge of SAP digital supply chain solutions. He looks to bring his wealth of strategic and operational knowledge/learnings, from multiple large scale Logistical transformations – to derive core value from the solutions for our customers.

His current role encompasses global organizational management, overseeing pre-sales and delivery, and managing multimillion dollar budgets while fostering high-performance teams and partnerships. His experience extends from consulting and program management to leadership roles, where he has consistently delivered impactful solutions.

Mahir looks to lead his teams with trust and transparency. Always striving for innovation while mentoring his teams, and bridging gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Banu is the Head of EMEA Sales & Strategic Partnerships at ArchLynk, based in Amsterdam, bringing over 20 years of in-depth expertise in the supply chain industry. With a career that spans Turkiye, Switzerland, the UK, the USA, and The Netherlands, Banu has established herself as a highly skilled leader in leveraging advanced technology to optimize complex business operations.

Throughout her career, Banu has worked with prominent supply chain solution providers and SAP partners, driving strategic initiatives that have consistently enhanced operational efficiencies and strengthened business performance. She has a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, executing transformational projects, and building lasting partnerships across multiple regions.

At ArchLynk, Banu plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across EMEA, focusing not only on sales but also on building and nurturing strategic partnerships. Her extensive experience and entrepreneurial approach contribute significantly to the growth and success of the business, as she continues to develop solutions that address the evolving needs of clients in the supply chain sector. Banu is passionate about empowering teams and driving innovation to create a positive impact in the industry.

Deepa Rao, Senior Director – Global HR at ArchLynk, is a highly accomplished HR leader with extensive expertise in fostering positive employee relations and driving impactful HR initiatives that enhance organizational excellence. With over 16 years of international experience, Deepa plays a key role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with ArchLynk’s business objectives.

She collaborates closely with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent while cultivating an inclusive and engaging workplace. She has progressively advanced into HR leadership roles, overseeing international teams and spearheading key HR programs at ArchLynk. She understands the importance of a healthy and rewarding work environment and is dedicated to enhancing both employee experience and organizational performance.

At ArchLynk, Deepa is committed to fostering a culture of excellence that supports employee growth while driving strategic business impact. She leads a team of HR professionals who share her vision of an empowered, high-performing workplace. Deepa holds a master's degree in Human Resources and is based out of Toronto, Canada.

Jigish is an acknowledged leader and entrepreneur in the enterprise software space. He was the Co-Founder and CEO of Krypt where he leveraged his solution-driven approach and his innate leadership skills to make Krypt an eminent player in the SAP Supply Chain ecosystem. In his role as Executive Chairman at ArchLynk, Jigish helps drive strategic initiatives to help our customers get maximum value from their supply chain solutions and establish ArchLynk as the premier partner for enterprise companies when they are dealing with Supply Chain challenges.

He possesses extensive experience in founding, running, and investing in successful business ventures in the enterprise software space. He has also worked for many years at Fortune 500 companies like Applied Materials and Tata Motors as part of his SAP journey working his way from ABAP programming to Program Management and a variety of other roles. Jigish holds an M.S. from Coventry University, a B.E. from Bombay University, and is currently based out of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Stephen joined BV in July 2023 as a Managing Director. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining BV, he was a Managing Director at Century Equity Partners and a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Stephen earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Merrimack College in 2000 and his M.B.A. from the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009.

Tom joined BV in March 2021 as an Operating Partner. Previously, he was the Global Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Cognizant and a Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial Transformation at Attivio. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Consulting Practice at Bulger Partners. Tom earned his A.B. in Computer Science from Dartmouth College in 2001 and his M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2008.

Patrick joined BV in July 2019. Prior joining the firm, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James in the Technology & Services Group. Patrick earned his B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Bowdoin College in 2017.

Raised and educated in Germany with an MS in Industrial Engineering & Supply Chain Management, Joerg came to the US in 1993. With well over 30 years of dedicated SAP experience, Joerg is a proven Digital Supply Chain Transformation Leader. Over the course of his career, he has held various services delivery lead roles, including extensive program management and large-scale global SAP SCM transformation strategy development. Joerg founded Novigo in 2008 and developed the firm as the global leader for SAP Supply Chain Execution & Transportation Management. He led Novigo as CEO until the merger with Krypt into ArchLynk at the end of 2022.
