During his tenure as Strategy & Transformation Leader for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) at Tropicana Brands Group, Ash led a successful transformation of Tropicana's Integrated Business Planning capabilities. This encompassed improvements in demand planning, inventory optimization, tactical capacity planning, production scheduling, and material requirements planning (MRP). He also played a crucial role in integrating IBP with critical functions such as finance/AOP (Annual Operating Plan), trade promotion management/sales, transportation planning & warehouse management, and manufacturing execution processes.
Ash has additionally served in senior leadership capacities at Accenture, EY, and PwC, overseeing diverse client portfolios. In these roles, he spearheaded initiatives to enhance business performance and unlock value by leveraging SAP and cloud-based digital technologies.
